Overview

The FORTRAN 77 compiler conforms to the full language definition of the ANSI FORTRAN X3.9-1978 standard. Numerous extensions to the language are also provided to enhance programmability. Enhancements include MIL-STD 1753 and extensions commonly found in Encore, DEC VAX and Harris VOS (H-series) FORTRAN. The FORTRAN Compiler utilizes the proprietary Common Code Generator (CCG) technology to produce highly optimized object code tailored to Concurrent platforms.
