In August, the company moved its corporate headquarters to Atlanta, Georgia and announced
the creation of a separate division for its emerging VOD business. The VOD division
resides at the same facility in Atlanta as its corporate headquarters. The Integrated
Solutions Division remains in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Concurrent introduces the MediaHawk Video Server, a combined hardware and software
Video-On-Demand (VOD) system for streaming content applications such as residential
entertainment, intranet, distance learning, video conferencing, hospitality, and
in-flight entertainment.

A spin off from Harris creates Cyberguard Corporation. In June of 1996, Concurrent
Computer Corporation acquired Harris Real-Time Computer Systems. The combined company
reflects nearly 30 year's experience in high-performance, real-time computer system
solutions. Concurrent is the synthesis of two world-leading, real-time computer
companies: Concurrent Computer Corporation & Harris Computer Systems Corporation.
